Have these ready before you start
Nothing here is complicated. A few minutes of preparation makes registration smooth.
The email you’ll register with
You’ll sign in with your email and a 6-digit code — no password needed. If a parent or guardian booked for you, use their email.
A payment method for your deposit
Your deposit confirms your spot. If the card belongs to a parent or someone else, ask permission before adding it.
Your passport details
Number, expiry date, and issuing country. Your passport should be valid for at least seven months after you arrive. If you don’t have your passport yet, enter 00000000 as your passport number and update your details later.
Your chapter’s trip
Know the destination and dates your chapter chose, so you register for the right SLT.
An emergency contact
Name, phone number, and email. Parents of students under 18 should review medical and emergency details carefully.
Flight details (for later)
Add your arrival and departure flights once you’ve booked them — you don’t need them to register.
Once you’re registered
Your spot is confirmed — now the preparation begins.
